Where can I find the chatbot and manuals for support?

Sometimes you have a question about using Brightspace and can't find the answer very quickly.

  1. Ask Bright! the chatbot in Brightspace. The chatbot only searches Screensteps manuals so you will always get an answer that fits the Saxion situation. Click here for a sample question and answer in the chatbot.
  2. Search the manual yourself in Screensteps, accessible via the Help - button in Brightspace.

Ask your question in the chatbot, for example: How do I find other students enrolled in my course?

A comprehensive and step-by-step answer will follow.

  1. At the bottom of the answer you will find the link to the manual in Screensteps where you can find more information.
  2. You will also see what sources the answer is based on.

Manuals in Screensteps

Via the Help - button in Brightspace you will be taken directly to Screensteps. You can also go to screensteps.saxion.nl manually.
In Screensteps you will find extensive manuals matching various themes.

  1. Click on 'Students - English' to find all manuals on topics relevant to students.
  2. You can also enter a keyword in the search bar to search the database for manuals on your topic.
