There are two easy ways to view the feedback you have received:
See your feedback via the documents in your collection
Feedback on a document is displayed directly to the right of the document for an assignment in eJournal. You will see it when you click on a document.
The feedback window may be minimized. If so, it will be located in the lower right corner, and you can enlarge it by clicking on the arrow. And then by clicking on the three dots in the title bar of the window and selecting the option 'show next to content.
The feedback window can be displayed in different ways:
- minimized: as a small bar in the bottom right of the screen, as shown in the image above.
- in front of the content: as shown in the image below.
- besides the content: as shown in the first image on this page. This is the easiest option, as it allows you to view the feedback and the content at the same time.
- full screen: in front of the content, covering a big part of the screen.
You can find these options in the menu by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner of the feedback window.
See your feedback via an emailnotification
Once your instructor has provided feedback, you will receive an email, if you have set this up in your profile settings. The text of the email will indicate which piece of evidence you have received feedback on.
By clicking on View Evaluation in the email, you will be taken directly to the right place in eJournal where you can view the feedback.
Here also, the feedback window can be minimized and you have the same options as described above for displaying the window.
