• When you open a document from Completion Summary and then select a different assignment for the same student, the viewer may not refresh.
• The previous document may remain visible instead of the newly selected assignment.
• This can lead to incorrect grading and feedback.

1. Refresh the page. On most keyboards, press F5 to refresh the browser.
2. Check that the viewer now displays the document for the assignment you selected before grading.

Note: Refreshing is a temporary workaround and may be needed again when switching assignments.

1. Open a student’s assignment document from Completion Summary to grade it.
2. Open a different assignment from the same student.
3. Check the document viewer. It may still display the previous document instead of refreshing to the new one.
