How do you add feedback/up/forward to your register in eJournal?

Feedback/up/forward that you receive, for example during class, should be added to your register by yourself. You then submit it for approval to the person from whom you received it.

You do this as follows:

  1. On the left-hand side, click on the registration for which you have received feedback/up/forward.
    If you have not yet recorded the registration, do this first: How do you add a registration to your register?
  1. At the bottom of the registration, you will find the button to display feedback/up/forward and self-reflections. Click on the + behind it.
  2. Then click on Start Verbal Feedback so that you can enter the feedback/up/forward you have received.

What are the other buttons you see here for?

Comments allows you or the teacher to add individual comments about a registration.

You do not use Request feedback, because this does not allow you to first enter the feedback/up/forward you have received. This is not part of your program's working method.

Use Self-reflection to add a self-reflection. You can read how to do this here: How do you add a self-reflection to your register?  

  1. Give it a clear title, for example, ‘FB teacher on interior sketches’. With this title, the request will also be included in your Content list on the left. So make sure you give it a recognizable title.
  2. Use the Feedback category button to select the learning pathway(s) on which you received feedback/up/forward.

You will now see a list of all categories (learning pathways) below each other. This also includes the project phases and the project name. You do NOT need to select these.

  1. For a learning pathway on which you have received feedback, click on Select level.
  2. Select the level (i.e., which grade and which module you are following) on which you have received feedback.

You will now see the requirements for the learning pathway and the level you have selected. You can then indicate the assessment and feedback/up/forward you have received.

  1. Select the value indicated in the feedback/up/forward you have received (in development, conform standard, above standard or excellent).
  2. Below, enter the feedback/up/forward you received for this requirement.
    Do the same for the other requirements of this learning pathway for which you received feedback/up/forward.
  1. Click Next to continue adding feedback/up/forward that you received during this registration for another learning pathway or to send feedback/up/forward for approval.
    Did you also receive feedback/up/forward for another learning pathway for this registration? Then start again at step 5.
  2. Once you have added all feedback/up/forward, click on Submit for Approval.
    You will then see a window with three tabs.
  3. On the first tab, select the person from whom you received the feedback/up/forward. This could be a teacher, a fellow student, or an external party. Click Send approval request via email address if you cannot find the person among the users.
  4. Click Next to go to the next tab.
  1. There you can add a message to your request if you wish.
  2. Click Next again to continue.
  3. On the last tab, click Send for Approval.
    The person to whom you are sending the request will then receive a message from which the feedback/up/forward can be approved.
