Sometimes, combining multiple videos into a single video using the stitching feature may fail.

This issue is caused by an Apple-specific audio codec in the source files. This codec is currently not supported in the existing trim and conversion workflow, which leads to the process failing. You will find the stitched video stuck in processing.

Kaltura is actively working on a solution to resolve this issue. In the meantime, users are advised to report the problem to the Kaltura functional management team. They can assist in resolving the issue on a case-by-case basis until a permanent fix is implemented.
