- In the register for which you have a balance of decision moment, click on the blue plus button on the left-hand side.
- Click on the lilac-coloured block labelled ‘Voorbereiding Balans/Beslis <module naam>’.
- Click on Add Reflection.

Above the feedback form, you’ll see the products from your collection under ‘Related content’. You should have collected far more than shown in this example by now, and there should be a ‘Show all shared content’ button next to it, allowing you to view all the products in your collection.
There are now two ways to proceed:
- If seeing the names of the products is enough for you to complete the form, you can do so here by indicating your level for each criterion and which items demonstrate this.
- Alternatively, you can click on one of the items, which will open a window listing all the items underneath eachother, allowing you to scroll through them while filling in the form on the right-hand side.
A. Filling in the form without viewing the products
- For each criterion, select what you think your level is.
- Delete any text that's already in the feedback box and instead indicate which products from which project(s) best demonstrate your current level and why.
Above the form, you will see all the products in your collection.
Repeat steps 6 and 7.
As you complete the form, your changes are saved automatically. - Once you have completed the entire form, click on Publish at the bottom right.
B. Fill in the form while scrolling through your products
If you want to view the details of your products whilst filling in the form, do the following:
- Click on a product under ‘Related content’ above the form. This will open a new window displaying all the items in your collection underneath each other, so you can scroll through them.
- As you scroll, you’ll see on the right-hand side which item is currently being displayed. You can also click on a product to ‘jump’ directly to it.
- By clicking on Feedback & Self-reflections beneath a product, you can see what feedback you have received for that item.
- Click on the feedback item to view the content of the feedback.
- In the feedback form, for each criterion, select what you consider to be your level.
- Delete any text already present in the feedback box and instead indicate which products from which project(s) best demonstrate your current level and why.
Repeat steps 10 and 11.
As you complete the form, your changes are saved automatically. - Once you have completed the entire form, click on Publish at the bottom right.
