Kaltura makes it easy to share and embed videos into websites or other platforms using an HTML iFrame code.

Ways of sharing

Via the media page
- Direct link - Copy and past the link provided.
- Embed code - Copy and paste the embed provided.
- Email - An email automatically opens with the link, ready to send.
Via the media page
- Access the My Media Page.
- Navigate to the desired video.
- Click the Share button under the media player.
The options for sharing display.
- Choose from the following share methods:
Direct link
- Set Start Time (optional) - To have a video start playing from a specific point, check the box next to 'Start video at' and enter the time according to the format given (00.00.00). For example, if you want a video to start at 1 minute and 30 seconds into the video, you would enter 00.01.30.
- On the Link To Media Page tab, click the Copy button.
- Paste the link accordingly.
If the media is restricted, only authorized users can access the shared media page.
Embed code
- Click the Embed button.
- Set Start Time (optional) - To have a video start playing from a specific point, check the box next to 'Start video at' and enter the time according to the format given (00.00.00). For example, if you want a video to start at 1 minute and 30 seconds into the video, you would enter 00.01.30.
- Choose Max embed size: 608 w x 402 h / 400 w x 285 h / 304 w x 231 h
- Click on the Copy embed button and paste accordingly.
- Click the Share with email button.
An email page opens.
- Enter the 'To' details and click send.
