This article consists of the following sections:
A lecturer can give you an assessment for participating in a discussion, for example your participation in a conversation, your submitted assignment, or the feedback you provide to other students. When the lecturer has given a grade, you can see this in two places: through Discussions and through Grades.
Discussions
- Navigate to Course Tools in the navigationbar of your course
- Click Discussions.
- In the Discussions List you can see all discussions that are available to you. Click on the topic of which you want to view the assessment or in which the post is placed of which you want to view the assessment.
- If the lecturer has provided feedback, it will appear under the post. On the top right you can see the assessment.
Grades
You can also view the assessment through Grades.
- Navigate to Grades in the navigationbar of your course.
- Click Grades.
In Grades, you can see all activities for which you will be assessed in the gradebook.
- Under Grade Item you can see the quiz, assignment, or discussion.
- Under Points you can see the received number of points.
- Under Grade you can see the final grade, which could be rounded.
- Under Feedback you can see the feedback from the lecturer.
