First line Support
- By Telephone: available on workdays between 9.00 and 17.00 o'clock. Internal via 1020, external via +31 88 019 1020, extension number 1.

- Topdesk: users can also create a ticket themselves in Topdesk.
Support on location
Deventer (mainlocation):
- Central hall, Green Officie (left next to the counter). Tuesday 27th of august till Friday 13th of september, on workdays from 9:00 till 17:00 o'clock.
Enschede (mainlocation):
- Central hall, IT Xpert Centre (left next to the main entrance). Tuesday 27th of august till Friday 13th of september, on workdays from 9:00 till 17:00 o'clock.
Apeldoorn (mainlocation):
- Counter on the Entresol. On Tuesdays and Thursdays in week 1.1 and 1.2 (3, 5, 10, 12 September) From 10:00 till 14:00 o'clock.
SPS:
- In week 1.1 and week 1.2 at the SPS counter
- Enschede: Monday 2nd en 9th of September from 16:00 till 20:00 o'clock
- Deventer: Tuesday 3rd en 10th of September from 16:00 till 20:00 o'clock
