When you already have embedded Kaltura videos in a content page of a course and you would like to copy this content including the Kaltura videos to another course then you can follow the next few steps:
- Go to the course in Brightspace where you wish to copy the Kaltura videos to
- Click on Course Admin followed by Import/Export/Copy Components
- Click on Search for offering and find the course you want to copy from. Select it and click Add Selected
- Click on Select Components
- Select the Content (and Select individual items to copy if needed), AND select External Learning Tool Links. This is very important as it is the link to the Kaltura video embeds in the Content you are copying. Click Continue
- If you have opted to select individual items, select them on the next page and click Continue. If not, go to Step 7.
- Click Finish. Now wait for the copying to be completed.
- Click View Content if you are finished and would like to check that the content functions properly or select Copy Another Package if you have more content you would like to transfer.
