Brightspace offers an Annotations Tool in the Assignments to assess handed-in assignments with inline feedback. The feedback can be given using free-hand drawing, marking and text or note annotations. To do this, you will not have to download the handed-in assignments, so that you can make notes in your own word processor, after which you can re-share the document with students.
How do I use the Annotation Tool for an assessment?
When making or editing an assignment (How do I create an Assignment?), turn on the Annotation Tools on the tab
How do I assess with inline feedback?
Open the assignment you want to assess. General information on grading assignments can be found on Grading Assignments.
Select the handed-in assignment. The window in the picture below will open.

Nadat je klaar bent met inline feedback, kun je de feedback opslaan als draft, of direct publiceren. Dit is vergelijkbaar met hoe je normaliter cijfers publiceert.
