1. How do I log in to Wooclap?
Nagive to https://app.wooclap.com/home to get started.
* do not log in via the social networks
- Choose Saxion University of Applied Sciences. TIP: You can search by Saxion to quickly find our institution in the list.
- Click Go to login screen
Direct through LMS Blackboard or Brightspace
Log in to your LMS with your usual login credentials and add a Wooclap activitydirect to your course
2. Don't have access to the unlimited version ofWooclap and/or can't find all your events?
Why does this happen?
When you use different login methods (SSO, Moodle, Microsoft, email address + password...), you sometimes get access to different accounts and thus to a limited free version of
Wooclap and/or different events!
How can I merge my accounts?
- Log in to Wooclap with your email address and password (not via Moodle, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn or Microsoft)
- Go to Account Settings
- Click on "Check account"
What next?
- An email will be sent to you (don't forget to check your junk mail!)
- Click on the email to validate your account validate.
All accounts associated to this same email address will be merged and you will can use the different login methods to access access all your events and the unlimited version of Wooclap!
