• Search by group/section

To find out which students are in which group or section, use the Classlist.

1. Navigate to Course Tools in the navbar of your course.
2. Click Classlist.

The Classlist page will show an overview of the participants of the course.

1. Type the name of the student you want to know which group/section they are in into the Search For bar and click on the magnifying glass.
2. Click on the arrow behind the name of this student and select View groups and sections.
3. A pop-up will appear showing exactly which groups/sections this student is in.

You may want to search by group/section instead of by student.

1. In View By, select Groups or Sections.
2. Click Apply.
3. Select the group or section you want to view.
4. Click Apply again.

All students who are part of this group/section will now appear on the screen.
