This guide fully describes the recommended workflow for uploading and placing a Kaltura video in your Content course. The workflow consists of two steps:

Step 1: Upload your video to Kaltura My Media
- Click My Media
- Click on Add New and select Media Upload.
- Make sure you have read the terms and conditions and checked the box Click on
- Choose a file to upload
- Select the video you want to upload from your computer and click Open
- Enter desired metadata and click on Save
Step 2: Insert your Kaltura video into content via an HTML file
- Go to the unit/lesson where you want to place the Kaltura video.
- Click Edit or create a new HTML page
3. Select the place where you want to place the video.
4. Click on the Insert Stuff icon and select Embed Kaltura media.
5. Under My Media you will see the video you just uploaded.
6. Click Embed of the video you want to embed.
7. On the next screen, click Insert.
