If you have the Lecturer A role in a course, you can add colleagues to your course as Course Builder, Lecturer A, Lecturer B, Student, Read-only student, and Read-only examination/accreditation committee.

Working students/Student assistants can only be added to your course if they have a Saxion account.
Add colleagues
- Navigate to Course Tools in the navigation bar of your course.
 - Click Classlist.
 
- Click Add Participants.
 - Then click on Add existing users.
 
- Find the person you want to add by name.
 - Check the person you want to add.
 - Select a Role. You can select the correct role in the drop-down menu.
 - Click Enrol Selected Users.
 
- You will receive a confirmation. Click on Done to return to the Classlist or on Add More Participants if you want to add more people.
 
Change a role
- Select the person for whom you want to change the role.
 - Click Enrollment.
 
- Click the arrow next to the current role, then select the desired role from the drop-down menu.
 - Click Save.
 
Remove a colleague from the course
In addition to assigning roles, you can also remove colleagues from your course, for example because they are no longer employed within the course.
- Select the person you want to remove from the course.
 - Click Unenrol.
 
- You will see a confirmation. Click Yes.
