If a student's attempt needs to be removed because it contains the wrong document, for example, the lecturer can delete the attempt.

1. In the relevant course click on the heading Course Tools followed by Assignments
2. On the right side of the assignment click on the arrow pointing down
3. Choose View Submissions

4. Click on the trash bin next to the student's submission attempt to be deleted

5. A confirmation question appears, click Yes. The submission attempt is now permanently deleted.
