Sometimes you want to save a completed rubric, for example for use in another system. Brightspace offers a suboptimal solution for this. You can use a work-around for this where you install an extension in Chrome that allows you to create a pdf of the entire rubric, including assessment and feedback.
Disclaimer: this work-around uses an application that is not supported by Saxion. Therefore, you cannot contact Functional Management with questions. The application has been screened for privacy and security and is safe to use.
Note! The step-by-step plan below only works when you open Brightspace in Google Chrome.
- Install the extension GoFullPage in Chrome, via this link.
- Open de beoordeling die je wilt opslaan als pdf-bestand.
- Klik in het blokje “Rubrics” op het icoontje “Openen in nieuw venster”.
Er opent nu een pop-up.
- Kopieer de URL van deze pop-up met behulp van Ctrl-C (Cmd-C)
- Sluit daarna het pop-upvenster door op het kruisje te klikken.
- Open een nieuw tabblad in Chrome
- Plak de gekopieerde URL in het nieuwe tabblad.
- Klik op het icoontje van GoFullPage. Je vindt dit icoontje rechtsboven in het scherm bij alle geïnstalleerde extensies.
Je krijgt nu een schermafdruk te zien die je kunt downloaden als pdf.
- Download de schermafdruk als pdf.
Je vindt het pdf-bestand bij de downloads in je browser.
